HyChem will be the venue for the launch of the Roadmap for Carbon Neutrality in the Chemical Industry.

Developed by APQuímica and its member companies, with support from the PRR, the RNCIQ PT 2050 aims to identify, discuss, and lay the foundations for executing the different decarbonization scenarios in the Chemical, Petrochemical, and Refining sectors, while also mapping the areas where this sector can play a significant role in supporting the decarbonization process of other industries

The Roadmap will frame the ongoing energy transition projects and future initiatives in this field, with the aim of maximizing economies of scale and synergies, facilitating collaboration with other sectors and relevant public and private stakeholders for its implementation, including academia and national and local authorities.

This initial presentation and discussion of the work related to the development of the RNCIQ PT 2050 will involve the participation of industries in the sector, as well as science and technology entities, authorities, and policymakers relevant to its implementation.

HyChem is honored to host this significant event for the national chemical industry and to have the opportunity to showcase to its chemical sector partners the decarbonization solutions it adopts and the circular economy model it develops at its facilities, in symbiosis with the other companies of its shareholder groups.
